据Shams后续表示，哈登新合同第二年是球员选项，且为部分保障。
2024-25赛季，哈登为快船出战79场常规赛，场均拿下22.8分5.8篮板8.7助攻1.5抢断；季后赛，哈登出场7次，场均得到18.7分5.4篮板9.1助攻1.3抢断1盖帽。
